Job summary

Target Specialty Products in Wichita, KS is seeking a warehouse associate to move material, pick and ship orders, and operate warehouse software. You will receive freight, report damages, stock shipments after supervisor approval, and maintain equipment while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Experience with forklift operation and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly are required, plus flexibility to adapt to temperature changes and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Basic math for warehouse tasks.
• Attention to detail when completing paperwork.
• Ability to safely operate motorized warehouse equipment.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pull, check, and ship product and equipment to customers and branches.
• Complete required checks and paperwork for orders.
• Use company software and perform manual tasks when needed.
• Receive freight deliveries and report shortages or damages.
• Stock received shipments with supervisor approval.
• Rotate stock and keep pick locations stocked.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Maintain motorized warehouse equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Follow shipping, warehouse regs, and safety rules.
