Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Warehouse Team Member in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on accurate material movement across warehouse and production areas, with emphasis on FIFO/FEFO inventory, food safety, and GMP/SQF/HACCP compliance.

The position offers full-time hours, a schedule of 7:00 am–3:00 pm, and benefits including health coverage and retirement plans. You may lead, train, and support continuous improvements within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, etc.).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and forklifts safely.
• Oversee FIFO inventory control and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Tag, store, and rotate raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor material usage.
• Assist with procurement, space management, and documentation.
• Support training and cross‑department collaboration.
