Job summary

Royal Brass and Hose, a longstanding ESOP company in the Charlotte area, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform general warehouse duties including order pulling, shipping, receiving and inventory control.

You will work with forklifts and pallet jacks, ensure accuracy, and help maintain safe operations in variable temperatures while supporting a collaborative team. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order puller – pull customer orders and stock items.
• Shipping – label and document shipments for carriers.
• Receiving – verify and stock incoming shipments.
• Quality control – inspect orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Dispatch – organize orders with correct quantities and tracking.
• Inventory/cycle counting – assist with stock checks and counts.
• Hose assembly and kit preparation for customer orders.
• Year-end inventory – participate in full-team stock counting.
