Job summary

Royal Brass and Hose in Madisonville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our ESOP-owned team. You will perform general warehouse duties, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment with safety and quality at every step.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, shipping, receiving, quality control, packing, and inventory counting. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Warehouse work experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified Forklift Driver a plus
• Knowledge of industry safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods
• Great team spirit
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work alone and self-motivated
• Basic keyboard knowledge

Responsibilities

• Order puller.
• Shipping—packing boxes, shipping labels and documents.
• Receiving—verify shipments and put stock away.
• Quality Control—visual inspection for order accuracy.
• Dispatch—ensure correct quantity, freight costs, and tracking.
• Inventory/Cycle Counting—counting and recording as a team.
• Hose Assembly—assemble and crimp hoses and fittings.
• Kitting—package components to customer specs.
• Front Counter—assist customers at front counter and help identify replacements.
• Year-end inventory—team counting and measuring for records.
• Other duties as assigned, including housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
