Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Lancaster to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack and use a handheld scanner to manage stock as part of a fast-paced facility team.

The role requires basic math, the ability to stand for up to 12 hours, and cycle counting with attention to safety. Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; travel is local.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for the company.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to use handheld scanning unit and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and report any wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and perform physical loading/unloading tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
