Job summary

Tadano in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a crane manufacturing environment. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving.
• ERP systems experience; Epicor is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and enter receipts in the ERP system.
• Pick, stage, and deliver parts, raw materials, and supplies to appropriate work centers in a timely manner.
• Package, label, and ship products to customers using FedEx, UPS, DHL, common carriers, and freight providers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, or other lifting equipment to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and updating ERP/warehouse systems.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored, labeled, and organized in designated warehouse locations.
• Use ERP dashboards, pick lists, and backlog reports to prioritize and manage workload.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Assist with problem-solving by addressing inventory shortages, shipping delays, or damaged goods.
• Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to support operational needs.
