ASCO Equipment in Little Elm, Texas is hiring a Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist to support the parts department with shipping, receiving and stocking duties.

You will verify shipments, unpack and route items, match packing slips, and move materials using lift trucks or hand trucks. The role requires basic to intermediate computer skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Warehouse Specialist and Parts is preferred.
• Experience in a fast paced/high volume warehouse.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, initiative and follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tracking & shipping programs.
• Commitment to safety and accountability.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs or more.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily shipments and maintains clear and accurate records.
• Physically unpack, examine and route incoming shipments.
• Report shortages, reject damaged items, and process returns or credits.
• Accurately match orders with packing slips.
• Operate forklift/hand trucks to move materials.
• Operate stretch wrap and banding tools.
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using company vehicle.
