Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Houma, Louisiana. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery, use warehouse management systems and handheld scanners, and contribute to efficient, safe operations on every shift.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED or prior warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to consent to drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED or previous warehouse experience.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
