Job summary

TSRC, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ashland, VA to support Receiving and Order Fulfillment teams. You will load and unload packages, pick and pack orders, and maintain organization of stock in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates have basic math and computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Forklift experience is preferred; safety, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming stock and prepare outbound orders.
• Load/unload packages and assist in moving stock within the warehouse.
• Ensure order accuracy by reading labels and manifests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
