Royal Brass and Hose in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our ESOP-owned team. You will perform order pulling, packing, receiving, quality control, dispatch, inventory counting, hose assembly, and kit packing to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment for customers.

Ideal candidates are safe, detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, with forklift certification a plus and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Pull customer orders and various kits; manage stock and discrepancy sheets.
• Pack boxes, create shipping labels, and prepare documents for carriers.
• Receive shipments, verify accuracy, and place stock in proper locations.
• Conduct visual quality checks before shipping.
• Dispatch orders with correct quantities, costs, tracking numbers.
• Count and record inventory; participate in cycle counting.
• Assemble hoses and fittings in small to large quantities.
• Package components into customer-specified kits.
• Assist front counter with inquiries; fabricate hoses/components as needed.
• Participate in year-end inventory and maintain housekeeping.
