Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in Chesapeake, VA to move materials, receive shipments, and support daily operations in our manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience (stand-up or sit-down) is required.
• Inventory experience is preferred.
• Experience with lifting equipment such as cranes/hoists is required.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from designated stock locations.

• Check in materials in the computer system and store properly.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain pick lists, BOLs, and shipping documents.
• Separate non-conforming materials to prevent use.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and related equipment.
• Maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and racks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Job description

This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for moving materials to and from stock locations, receiving and storing incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from designated stock locations
• Receive incoming materials and verify correct quantities and materials
• Check incoming materials into the computer system and store in designated areas
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain pick lists, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping documentation
• Separate non-conforming materials to prevent accidental use
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, storage racks, and related equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

What We’re Targeting

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required
• Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required
• Inventory experience preferred
• Experience using lifting equipment such as cranes and hoists required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and performing a physically active role

Schedule:M–F: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Range:$17–$19/hr
