BD is seeking a hands-on warehouse teammate in Sandy, UT to keep materials moving safely and efficiently in a fast-paced facility. This role requires forklift exposure or certification, accurate inventory handling, and strong teamwork, with a rotating 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and every other weekend off.

You will support shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and safety standards, with access to climate-controlled space, on-site cafeteria, and a 24-hour gym. Only 15 work days per month.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Forklift experience preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Basic computer and inventory system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts, turret trucks, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Perform warehouse replenishment, inventory transactions, and cycle counts.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, quality, and inventory accuracy standards are met.
• Participate in shift start-up meetings, 5S activities, and continuous improvement projects.
