Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our SCP Longwood location in Longwood, FL. You will receive and pull orders, pack items for delivery, and assist with loading trucks in a fast-paced setting. A forklift and basic inventory tasks are core requirements.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be 21+, and hold a valid license. CDL/HazMat is a plus. The role includes competitive benefits and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks and inspecting loads.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory with routine audits.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.
