Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will obtain products from Inventory and Inspection to fill orders, prepare containers for shipment, and enter shipments into the computer system to generate shipping tickets.

The role requires heavy lifting, standing long shifts, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to input data into computer system and create reports.
• FedEx and UPS familiarity preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain products from Inventory and Inspection to fill orders and identify information and quantities.
• Prepare containers for shipment and pack items correctly.
• Enter shipments into the computer system and generate shipping tickets.
• Receive and unload incoming materials and compare quantities to packing slips.
• Inspect for damage and report discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in period end inventory counts.
