Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system.
• Prepare and route domestic and international shipments.
• Perform quality inspections and check conditions of items.

Job description

1. Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system

2. Locating, picking, checking, staging, assembling, packaging, labeling, palletizing and preparing customer orders for shipment

3. Preparing and routing domestic and international shipments

4. Receiving all incoming materials

5. Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material

6. Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list, noting discrepancies

7. Determining method of shipment by examining items to be shipped, destination, route, rate, and time of shipment. Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL a plus

8. Scanning, digitizing, and attaching related documents to inventory control management system

9. Material handling duties as directed

10. Cycle counting and matching the physical inventory with the inventory data in the system

Training:

* Receiving (Receiving Inspection Only Approval on Inspection Roster)

* Shipping (Shipping Inspection Only Approval on Inspection Roster)

* Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes OMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH's, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP's, AD's, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.

* 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes ,Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)

* Hazmat Training (Inspection Only approval on Inspection Roster)
