Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship customer orders in Brandon, SD. You will inspect deliveries, unload trucks, and maintain precise inventory records while following safety procedures.

Experience in a warehouse environment and forklift basics are preferred, with training available for the right candidate. The role emphasizes accuracy in order picking, data entry, and inventory control, using warehouse software and systems to manage stock and space efficiently.

Qualifications

  • HSD or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Stand up forklift experience preferred but will train the right person.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory control.
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems, inventory software, or data entry tools.
  • Maintained safe material handling practices when lifting, moving, and transporting products throughout the facility

What you’ll do

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
