Living Spaces in Rialto, CA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the outbound department by validating inventory, answering emails, and compiling daily reports. You will assist with transfers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure items are correctly picked and logged for driver routes.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of warehouse experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. OSHA safety standards and a clean, safe workspace are emphasized.
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for assisting the Supervisors with answering emails, researching overages/shortages, completing daily reports, adding data to daily reports, replacing or finding missing or damaged items, requesting parts, and validating accuracy of inventory / inventory discrepancies.
