Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist at our North Charleston, SC site to support daily operations, including stocking coffee, water, supplies, and tool room items. You will coordinate government and SAIC communications on facility tickets and assist with waste removal and material handling.

Responsibilities include preparing materials for distribution, moving and loading equipment, operating pumps and valves for liquids, and driving forklifts and related machinery using hand trucks and scoops

Qualifications

• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate loading equipment.

SAIC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support our team at our customer site in North Charleston, SC.

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for: (including, but not limited to)

• Stocking coffee, water, supplies, tool room
• Government and SAIC comms on facility tickets
• Support the removal of trash, cardboard, metal bins, bander tool, etc.
• Preparing and arranging materials and products in bulk and non-bulk forms for distribution or storage; moving and loading or unloading equipment, materials, and products; operating or tending pipelines pumps and valves to transfer liquids; driving forklifts and related material-handling machinery and equipment; and using scoops, hand trucks, and wheelbarrows to load and move materials.
