Lupin Ltd in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, handle materials, and support pharmaceutical warehouse operations while upholding GMP and safety standards.
You will generate packing slips, record inventory in SAP, perform forklift operations, inspect shipments, and keep the work area clean and compliant with SOPs. A 2–3 year SAP background and forklift experience are preferred, with an associate/bachelor degree in related fields.

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as tracking and facilitation of shipping and receiving. The Specialist will be working with pharmaceutical ingredients and is expected to adhere to strict GMP guidelines. Maintaining a safe work environment is imperative.
Relevant experience or course work in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience will be preffered.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and GMP/regulatory requirements
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in a combination of a corporate and manufacturing environment.

Base salary range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with New Jersey Pay Transparency requirements. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑and long‑term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in retirement and incentive programs, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
