Buyers Edge Platform is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Becker, MN to accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory while maintaining accuracy and supporting daily logistics operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience with inventory systems, warehouse/logistics experience, and familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping software. This role requires physical activity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with inventory management systems or similar software.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics and/or fulfillment.
• Experience with CRM and shipping/logistics software such as FedEx and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick, pack, ship and receive orders following detailed procedures.

Job description

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily logistics operations. This role requires experience with warehouse equipment, inventory management systems, and shipping software, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Your impact:

• Manually pick, pack, ship and receive orders following detailed procedures
• Count, sort, store and receive items.
• Maintain inventory including accurate cycle counts
• Accurately repackage items into smaller quantities according to order requirements
• Timely research tracking requests and responding to customers
• Fulfillment order projects- small and large quantities
• Load and un-load delivery trucks

• Work with other team members to improve processes, practices and procedures

About you:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with inventory management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics and/or fulfillment
• Experience in CRM, and shipping logistical software systems such as Fed Ex, UPS
• Required to stand, sit, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, climb, reach overhead and bend to the floor regularly throughout workday
• Occasional projects in cold environment less than 45 degrees
• Must be able to regularly lift and move 20 pounds or more
• Capable of operating an electric pallet jack, forklift, stand-up and sit down to load and unload delivery trucks and pick orders in warehouse
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail, problem solving, and multitasking is required
