About the Role:

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on managing inventory, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining accurate records to support supply chain activities. You will collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and distribution teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet delivery deadlines. This role demands a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction by ensuring products are stored, handled, and shipped correctly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks with valid certification.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience with shipping and receiving documentation and procedures.
