We serve a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, House of Worship, Communications, and Commercial AV.Primary Role:Warehouse Specialist responsible for coordinating inventory, equipment, and project materials; managing receiving, storage, staging, and distribution activities; and ensuring technicians have timely access to the resources needed to support efficient project execution.Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring the quantity and quality of incoming equipmentOversee inventory re-order levels of all equipment to assure appropriate level and maximize turnover of equipmentEnsure that incoming equipment is properly received, unpacked, and storedDevelop and maintain efficient inventory tracking systemResponsible for adjusting incoming and outgoing inventory in information systemCoordinates and stages project inventory and equipment in advance to ensure technicians can quickly retrieve, load, and deploy materials for scheduled projects.Oversees inventory counts to assure accuracy of current monitoring systemPrepares, organizes, and stages project-specific inventory and equipment to streamline technician pickups and support efficient field deployment.Participates in year-end inventory countEnsures the proper packing and delivery of equipment to customer siteMonitor the return of unused job-related inventory to vendor or stockRetains and reviews warehouse documents and reportsOther duties as required or assigned by company managementHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills.Must be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized.Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizeStrong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse groups.Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific duedate.Must be able to effectively manage stressful situations.Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.Valid and current driver’s licenseMust successfully pass a background and drug screenPhysical, Mental and Environmental Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, climb, sit, and use hands and fingersAbility to lift to 70lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, and carry, pull, pushAbility to operate large warehouse machinery such as forklift, pallet jacks, ladders, scaffolding, etc.Moderate noise levelsAlthough most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuationsBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanHealth Savings AccountPaid Time Off (PTO) and HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
