As a warehouse specialist in our Configuration Center and Warehouse team, you'll work in a warehouse environment ensuring that computer equipment is received, refurbished, accounted for, and shipped in a secure and organized manner. Working under supervision, you'll learn and perform routine tasks while achieving an understanding of department processes. You'll assist with receiving and dispatching orders in accordance with schedules and quantities. You'll assist with daily operations, which will include the accurate fulfillment of orders, various shipping activities, staging logistics, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring the security of the assets. You'll follow standard departmental processes for shipping and receiving items. You may assist with the completion of punch list activities. Must be able to work assigned schedule subject to Progressive's flexible schedule policies and practices, and be able to work variable and flexible hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays in response to business needs.

Must-have qualifications

• High School diploma / GED equivalent or higher
• If required to drive up to a 26' box truck (Non-CDL), must pass DOT medical examination prior to hiring
• This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and / or policies

Preferred skills

• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts). Certification will be acquired after hiring.
• The ability to work with outsourced resources and / or services
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with others
• Time management, organizational and customer service skills
• The ability to operate a PC with a working knowledge of associated software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Compensation

• 18.00 / hour
• Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%
