In this key role as Warehouse Specialist supports customers with part identification, part order processing and full repair / PM part planning. This individual plays a key role in Belimed Life Science ability to be an effective partner to our customers by providing top notch part planning and support. In this position receiving and shipping parts will be a daily task as well as keeping inventory in check.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
3 - 5 years part department / warehouse experience or part related customer service experience
Must be creative, innovative, and flexible, with the ability to work in a matrix environment. Must be able to work on-call as business needs require including occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent Customer Communication skills (extensive phone work is required).
Analytical/problem-solving skills.
