Job summary

TSMC Washington is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support receipt, inventory control, and shipping of parts at our Camas campus. The role blends administrative tasks with physical handling and requires accuracy and teamwork to meet daily targets.

Applicants should have basic computer skills (email, internet, MS Word and Excel), be willing to work days and nights, and have legal authorization to work in the United States. SAP MM experience is a plus.

Who We're Looking For

TSMC Washington is recruiting for a Warehouse Specialist. As a Warehouse Specialist you will have administrative, physical and analytical computer tasks related to the receipt, inventory, deliveries, and stocking of parts in the warehouse. Duties also include assisting in finished goods materials as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time as needed
• Ability to spend majority of the shift on feet, both walking and standing, with occasional sitting.
• Frequent coordinated use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Work Location & Schedule

This position is fully on-site at our Camas, Washington campus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Shift Availability: Please note that this position is primarily designated days and nights, should be able to work both.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Hourly Starting Range: $22.25 to $25.54 per hour (for new hires).
• Full Position Range: $22.25 to $27.65 per hour. Final compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including specialized skills, qualifications, education, experience, and internal equity.
• Additional Incentives: Our total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, performance-based profit sharing, incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
