Job summary

International Bridge Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Sorter to join our logistics team in Hawaii. This full-time role offers $26 per hour with potential after 90 days, plus a 401k match up to 4% and up to 18 PTO days.

You will receive, sort, scan, and palletize cargo, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of truck driving experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs while working a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a truck.
• Shift Monday–Friday starting at 7am; potential Saturdays starting at 6am.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive volume efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.

• Scan, stack, and wrap packages
• Divide the pallets by route
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report to the supervisor

Position: Full-Time Warehouse Sorter

• $26 per hour (potential for additional increase after 90 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive arriving cargo
• Sort cargo by destinations
• Scan, stack, and wrap packages

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience driving a truck
• Be able to work a shift between Monday – Friday, beginning at 7am. Potentially Saturdays beginning at 6am.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive volume efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 70lbs
