Job summary

International Bridge is seeking a dedicated Driver to join our Honolulu team. This full-time Truck Driver role offers a $26/hour wage with 401k match up to 4% and up to 18 days of PTO per year, plus health insurance and paid holidays.

You will deliver safely, keep schedules, inspect vehicles, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least 2 years of truck driving experience; CDL preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a truck.
• CDL license preferred, but not required.
• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive deliveries efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 70lbs.
• Consent to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safe and timely delivery of volume to various locations.
• Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules to ensure all deliveries are completed within the required time frames.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe condition, reporting any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Receive arriving cargo and sort cargo by destinations.
• Scan, stack, and wrap packages and divide the pallets by route.
• Load trucks for delivery and inspect products for damage or defects report to warehouse supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
