• Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions.
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize warehouse picking and replenishment efficiencies.
• Utilize MS Excel and JBLC slotting tools for evaluating slotting locations.
• Assign pick locations for new items and balance workload across zones.
• Analyze historical and forecast data for product placement.
• Generate Moves List for location changes based on sales.
• Work closely with Warehouse Manager for creative slotting.
• Maintain permanent locations and capacities in WMS.
• Dynamically slot products to decrease pick times.
