Job summary

Puratos is seeking a Warehouse Operations Driver to safely and accurately deliver products while meeting CDL requirements. The role blends driving with hands-on warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and equipment operation.

You will verify orders at delivery points, maintain clean equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, English communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and report unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tractor, trailer, and cargo area.
  • Perform SAP data entry for picking, put-away, and replenishment.
  • Follow GMPs, SOPs, and food safety practices.

Job description

The Warehouse Operations Driver is responsible forensuring safe,accurate, andtimelydelivery of products while adhering to state and federal CDL requirements. This role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse operations, including product handling, equipment operation, and compliance with safety and food standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Adhere to State and Federal CDL Class A driving requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally with a clean and presentable appearance.
  • Safely load and unload products for deliveries, verifying orders at delivery points.
  • Deliver orders accurately according to assigned routes.
  • Obtain customer signatures andrequiredpayments, depositing funds securely.
  • Maintaincleanliness of the tractor, trailer, and cargo area.
  • Operatewarehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely.
  • Report unsafe equipment or conditions to warehouse management promptly.
  • Pick and fulfill customer orders, including manual handling of 50lb products.
  • Pack and label parcel shipments (e.g., "FedEx").
  • EnsureaccurateSAP scanning and data entry for picking, put-away, and replenishment.
  • Maintaincompliance with all warehouse SOPs, food safety GMPs, and defense controls.
  • Follow inventory control protocols including FIFO, shelf life, and lot management.
  • Complete equipment training certifications asrequired.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas to meet food safety standards.
  • Comply withdress code and all safety regulations.
  • Performadditionaltasks asassigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum1year experience
  • Maintain all required State & Federal CDL Class A drivingrequirements
  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, read, and write in English).
  • Ability to read and understand system instructions and training materials
  • Thorough, alert, and detail oriented

  • Frequent pushing or pulling of material and/or equipment. Frequent standing and walking.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work on a team and alone.
  • GMP & Food Defense, SOP training, SQF Training.
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to noise, temperature variations, dust/fumes, and machinery
  • Occasional work at heights and on uneven surfaces
