Job summary

The Warehouse Shipping Worker at DMI Companies is responsible for supporting shipping operations by accurately pulling, staging, and preparing products for timely distribution. This role requires attention to detail and physical fitness to operate a high-reach forklift and work in a fast-paced environment.

You'll pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, unload and load trucks, and ensure shipments are accurately scanned and labeled in the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment.
• Ability to operate a high-reach forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Basic computer skills for scanning and shipping systems.
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Overview

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment

• Update shipment information within the warehouse management system
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred
• Ability to operate a high-reach (narrow aisle) forklift required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Basic computer skills for scanning and shipping systems
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
