Jobot is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, GA. This on-site, permanent role supports warehouse and shipping operations, including material handling, order preparation, and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, forklift experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, basic computer skills for shipping and inventory, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing orders.
• Verify shipment contents and maintain shipping documentation.
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Conduct routine inventory and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
