Job summary

ITT C'treat is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping associate to verify incoming and outgoing shipments, stock and stage items, and prepare them for distribution. The role supports the Warehousing lead and involves active handling of materials and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months’ material handling experience, a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while using standard Windows software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of related material-handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with basic computer software including Windows.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipments and maintain records for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and staging for shipment.
• Move shipments from receiving to storage or work areas.
• Review orders and packing lists to determine priorities.
• Inspect loading operations for compliance with shipping specifications.
• Notify stakeholders when materials are received.
• Prepare receiving documentation and note shortages or damages.
• Operate material handling equipment and create HAZMAT documentation when necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers on damaged or wrong shipments.
