Job summary

Clemco is hiring for a materials handler role focused on keeping production flowing safely and efficiently. You will pick, pack, and move materials, load/unload trucks, and stock inventory while adhering to 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to support both internal teams and customers.
  • Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe practices.
  • Receive and stock materials in designated locations to maintain strong workflow.
  • Replenish inventory to prevent production delays.
  • Transport materials throughout the facility to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to meet daily demand.
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste and create flow.
  • Support problem-solving activities and use the best-known methods to complete work.
  • Step in where needed as business demands evolve.

Forklift experience is a strong plus. Experience operating powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is highly valued. Training and certification are provided.
