Job summary

Monogram Foods in Haverhill, MA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all shipping and receiving activities and supervise a team to ensure on-time, safe, and accurate operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years warehouse experience, forklift certification is a plus, and strong proficiency with Excel and reporting tools. This role is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or Supply Chain.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Two+ years of shipping/receiving warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure on-time supply and on-track operations.
• Supervise team members.
• Approve team member timecards.
• Maintain equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and count inventory as required.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
