Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Orlando, Florida is hiring a Permanent Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our logistics team. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, check drivers in and out, and assign dock doors in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of SAP and WMS experience, plus strong verbal and written communication and excellent time management.

Forklift Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $18.00 per hour

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:

  • Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Work independently and as a member of a team
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports on a timely basis
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
