Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

We invite full-time shipping & receiving professionals to join our team in Union, NJ for our 6:00 am - 1:30 pm shift, M-F.

You will oversee all products in and out of the warehouse, acting as the general coordinator of shipping and receiving operations.

As our operations expand to over 150+ technicians in the coming years, this role will become a key part of our warehouse foundation.

What Will You Do?

Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional warehouse experience daily.

This role focuses on Shipping Coordination & Receiving Operations, ensuring smooth warehouse functions. Your tasks include:

Shipping

• Coordinate parts shipments and address delays proactively
• Prepare transfers, requisitions, and truck replenishments
• Arrange pickups with distributors and drivers

Receiving

• Receive shipments, inspecting for accuracy, quality, and damages
• Verify quantities and match received items with purchase orders
• Process receipts and resolve discrepancies with suppliers

Deliveries

• Dispatch warehouse drivers, optimizing routes
• Prepare and load trucks carefully to prevent damage

Support

• Cut plywood, support inventory initiatives, and assist with special projects
