What you’ll be doing:

As a warehouse associate, you may work in one of the following areas:

1. Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: Operating equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products up to 100 lbs within the warehouse, adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will involve equipment.
2. Warehouse Porter: Responsible for cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility, and operating material handling equipment as needed.
3. Warehouse Replenishment: Operating equipment to pick and move products within the warehouse.
4. Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm product accuracy, resolve discrepancies, unload trucks, and operate equipment.
5. Warehouse Returns: Moving and tagging returned products, matching item quantities to packing slips.
6. Shipping: Organizing and stacking customer orders, loading trucks, maintaining a safe workspace.

Note: Associates may be moved into any of these roles as needed.

What you bring to the table:

• Ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified and operate equipment safely.
• Willingness to keep work area clean.
• Inclusive approach to colleagues and customers.
• Ability to quickly adopt safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass a drug screen legally permissible.
• Basic English skills (verbal and written).
• If full-time, ability to work additional hours/overtime.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 70-100 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time.
• At least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers.
