Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The role offers weekly pay, a night‑shift pay bump, and a schedule of Sun–Tue 6pm–6am and Wed 6pm–12am.

You will work in a safety‑conscious environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and tools like computers, Excel, and standard office software. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years of SAP and Warehouse Management System experience, strong communication

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving documentation; partner with inventory to resolve issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Update reports and communicate with customers as needed.

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Chambersburg, PA.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22/hour
• Additional Pay: $1/hour shift pay for working night shift
• Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am and Wednesday 6pm-12am

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:

• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills

• Safety Sensitive Position. Non-Regulated Tech. Depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports on a timely basisCommunicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
