Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk in Aberdeen, MD. You will verify and keep records of outgoing shipments, using strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

The role includes preparing shipping documents, recording data, and coordinating with partners to resolve issues. The environment may include cold conditions, with benefits from day one and weekly pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Record shipping data including weight, charges, space availability, and damages for reporting and records.
• Confer with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damage or non-conformance to specifications.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight and dimensions.

As an Outbound Shipping Clerk, you’ll become a part of this mission by helping to verify & keep records of outgoing shipments. You’ll make a difference by utilizing your strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to get the job done.

• Earn $20/hr+ $2/hr freezer differential= $22/hr
• 6:30 AM until work is finished
• Aberdeen, MD 21001

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products

• Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes

• Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
