Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Burlington, MA to receive, inspect, and store goods, and prepare orders for transport. You will perform quality control, maintain organized spaces, and follow safety protocols. This role often involves operating pallet jacks or forklifts if trained.

The position requires 18+ years old, HS diploma preferred, and 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Applicants must have basic math, writing, and computer skills and be able to lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb with frequent lifting and carry up to 35 lb.
• Some locations require a valid driver's license; an MVR may be run.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items accurately, report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment if trained.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load/unload and move products to warehouse areas or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete administrative duties such as inventory records and logs.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety policies and PPE usage.
• Ensure security of client and company assets, and interact with stakeholders as required.
