Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safely.
• Scan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cages.
• Pull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locations.
• Process transfers between hub and stores accurately and on time.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and complete documentation.
• Ensure all orders are verified for accuracy before shipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damages, or inventory issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Act as back-up delivery/shuttle driver when needed.
• Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the movement, tracking, and accuracy of auto parts, supplies, and materials between locations. A Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required

You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory flowing smoothly between the Distribution Center and Stores while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safely
• Scan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cages
• Pull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locations

Physical Requirements

This role requires an active work style in a warehouse environment:

• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb throughout the shift
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Use hands for scanning, handling, and operating equipment
• Wear required PPE (safety glasses, boots, gloves, vest, etc.)
