Sanel NAPA Auto Parts in Concord, NH is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and store operations. You will manage movement, tracking, and accuracy of auto parts between locations, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safely.
• Scan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cages.
• Pull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locations.
• Process transfers between hub and stores accurately and on time.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and complete documentation.
• Ensure all orders are verified for accuracy before shipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damages, or inventory issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Act as back-up delivery/shuttle driver when needed.
• Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed.
