Job summary

Staples is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support our World Class Supply Chain. Roles include Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, with opportunities to move between SC2 and SC1 as needed.

The pay rate is $23.50 per hour, including a $1.00 per hour shift differential, and the job emphasizes safety, clean work areas, and teamwork. Staples offers FT and PT benefits, PTO, holidays, discounts, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
• Lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes and maintain safety practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or pallet jacks to move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility as required.
• Fill replenishment and returns processing; assist with receiving/putaway.
• Assist with shipping tasks including loading trucks and stacking pallets.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow safety culture at all times.
• Adapt to multiple warehouse roles as needed (SC2 or SC1).
