Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience in client relations preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization and time management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates.
• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary actions.
• Audit safety and employee relations policy adherence.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing workflow.
• Build relationships with client managers and gather input.
• Maintain open door policy with hourly associates.
