Zusammenfassung

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our client’s warehouse location. You will lead by example, conduct orientations, and manage attendance and coaching. This role emphasizes safety compliance, performance feedback, and strong client-facing communication.

The position requires 3+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and advanced Excel skills. Onsite work with overtime flexibility is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service, organization and time management skills.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel and web-based applications/systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust schedule for overtime and changing business needs.
• Desire to learn and develop beyond current role.
• Ability to work onsite at client location and adjust schedule as needed.

• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary action, including terminations, for hourly associates.
• Communicate and audit adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations, and make corrective recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
• Build relationships with Client managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings; gather input on performance and concerns; provide guidance and support for partnership success.
• Maintain an open-door policy with hourly associates; answer questions on policies, actively listen to concerns, escalate issues as appropriate, and maintain confidential conversations.

Shift Leads are responsible for all day-to-day operations at our client warehouse on their scheduled shift. You will be an ambassador for Integrity Staffing communicating professionally and leading by example..
This includes conducting orientations, attendance and performance reporting and coaching, answering employee and client questions.

Pay Rate: up to $31 per hour

Shift: Thurs-Mon 11:30am-8pm. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates, including first-day Welcome Meeting.

• Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality, while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
• Build Relationships with Client managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings. Solicit their input of hourly associate performance and department concerns. Provide them with the guidance and support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.
• Maintain open door policy with hourly associates, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, actively listening of concerns and issues raised, escalating issues as appropriate, and maintaining confidential conversations.

Preferred Minimum Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, large group experience a plus
• Experience in client relations, preferably in warehouse or staffing environment
• Superior customer service, organization and time management skills
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel and Web-based Applications/Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced, and fluid environment
• Ability to adjust schedule for work overtime and be present during changing business needs
• Desire to learn and develop beyond current role
• Ability to work onsite at Client location and adjust schedule based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Stand or walk your entire shift
