We’re seeking a Warehouse and Service Operations Coordinator to support efficient warehouse operations, manage inventory, and handle warranty and service requests with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and organize incoming products and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock counts.
  • Coordinate warehouse deliveries, staging, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Handle customer warranty claims and service requests promptly.
  • Communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly status reports.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Recommend process improvements and assist with daily/weekly team huddles.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or service coordination (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Computer-savvy (Excel, CRM systems, inventory software).
  • Problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
