This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer will identify and implement changes through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves analyzing data, applying engineering methodologies, and using lean tools to identify root causes and eliminate problems. The Engineer will collaborate across all levels of the organization and reports to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and market factors. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and 401(k).
