This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer identifies and drives change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify and eliminate root causes. It requires interfacing with employees at all levels and reports to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager, closely working with Operations Management.

Continuous Improvement
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, paid salaried. Compensation influenced by experience, education, location, and market data. May include bonuses or incentives.
