Capstone is hiring Warehouse Selectors in Wells, Maine. This role involves selecting products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment, and performing data entry as needed.

We seek a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, who can work with limited supervision and adapt to changing schedules. Weekly pay and benefits after 60 days are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and RF devices.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts).
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by site leadership.

Shift:

• 5 days per week Weekends: Mandatory
• 6:00am until Finish | The final shift schedule will be determined upon hire

The Opportunity:

Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership. Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets.

What Success Looks like:

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift
