Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Wells, ME is seeking a warehouse associate. Work five days per week, weekends mandatory, with a 6:00 am start and finish time determined after hire.

You will operate ride-on pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other duties as needed, using VoCollect and RF scanners to read tickets. We offer weekly pay with production-based increases, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to join our travel team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Data entry and ability to handle administrative tasks.

Job description

Location: Wells, ME

Schedule: 5 days per week (Weekends mandatory). Shift: 6:00 am – Finish (final schedule determined upon hire).

Pay: $700–$1,000+/week (production pay, paid weekly).

The Opportunity

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse using equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other duties assigned by site leadership.
• Using VoCollect, RF scan‑guns, or reading manual tickets.

What Success Looks Like

• 2+ years experience with ride‑on electric pallet jack.
• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ability to sit or stand for periods in office and in a warehouse environment (concrete flooring, changing temperatures).
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift.
